C&T participated in the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) retail innovation event on May 19 to share the evolving online-to-offline (O2O) retail trends and the latest retail tech integration of ChainStorePlus. It was a good opportunity for the team to connect with retail practitioners and expand overall awareness of rising O2O strategies that use tech innovation to blend online and offline shopping.
A series of hit topics was covered that day, including retail bots, instant messaging marketing, mobile POS, smart e-payment and more. Among the speakers, Mr. Tim Lo, Sales Director of C&T Software (HK), shared how the ChainStorePlus retail management platform plays a vital part in supporting an O2O retail operation with a full-featured cloud POS system, addressing online-to-offline problems such as system integration challenges, unsynced inventory data, etc. He also introduced some of the platform’s features such as mix & match promotion and discount management, which allows flexible adjustment of promotional campaigns to keep up with the speed of online marketing and boost in-store sales.
It was a pleasure for C&T’s retail software team to participate in HKRMA’s event and get to talk with friends in the retail sector and listen to their real challenges in business. It provided a valuable exchange platform for ChainStorePlus to showcase beneficial technologies for retailers to develop more high-performance and sustainable businesses amid keen competition.
